When Luke met Seiki Takahashi, CEO of PJ Partners, his current business partner in 2005; little did he know that the initial one-restaurant partnership In Japan would see a successful extension to a second venture in Singapore, alongside a positive string of four additional collaborations in the works. The duo, with a shared vision for Salt and a desire to export the great Australian food culture globally, complemented by their individual strengths and abilities, offered all the right ingredients for the successful partnership.
