Salt Tokyo is the fulfilment of Luke’s dreams to take his award winning restaurant Salt, first established in Darlinghurst, Sydney in 1999, overseas. Salt Tokyo is in the Shin-Marunouchi Building in the heart of Tokyo, across the road from Tokyo station and around the corner from the Imperial Palace.
Salt Tokyo showcases modern Australian food, combining ingredients delivered directly from Australia with a rich variety of Japanese ingredients. Some of Luke’s signature dishes from Salt Sydney feature on the menu along with dishes from Head Chef, Koji Fukuda. The wine list includes highly rated wines from all over the world with a focus on wines from Australia and New Zealand.
