We’re looking forward to hosting Waterloo’s favourite Melbourne Cup lunch! We’ll be serving a three-course menu designed by Luke Mangan at $95pp which includes a glass of Pol Roger Champagne on arrival. And there’ll be lots of fun things happening throughout the day to get everyone into the spirit such as prizes for best dressed, best hat, best tie and a lucky door prize. Kingfish sashimi, ginger & eschallot dressing, Persian fetta

Grilled king prawns, dashi & lime butter

Tempura zucchini flowers, Meredith Dairy goat’s fetta, corn puree, tomato salsa

Pan-roast spatchcock, roast fennel, grapefruit & tarragon

Turmeric crusted snapper, capsicum relish, chipotle aioli

Roast potatoes, duck fat, garlic, thyme
