For a more fine dining experience, guests will be able to enjoy a Salt grill experience with a special ‘A Taste of Salt’ dinner at the ship’s 14-seater Chef’s Table.
The seven-course degustation meal will feature some of Luke’s land-based favourites such as the ‘glass’ Sydney crab omelette and signature liquorice parfait paired with matching Australian wines.
Luke, who currently operates 21 different restaurants in four countries, said teaming up with P&O for the launch of ‘A Taste of Salt’ was an obvious choice. While a ‘A Taste of Salt’ will be an exclusive and intimate experience for P&O diners, Luke’s has something for everyone, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
It will be Luke’s sixth outlet across the current P&O fleet with the busy chef already catering to tens of thousands of holidaymakers each week in Salt grill & Luke's restaurants across the cruise line’s existing ships.
