This Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil was produced in Central Victoria by Dallimore Estate and has been personally selected by Luke Mangan, as his own. It is served in all his restaurants both within Australia and overseas. Luke Mangan is a multi-award winning and internationally recognised Australian chef, restaurateur, media personality and an active participant in a number of food and industry events. This oil displays all the typical characteristics of a superb Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil – greenish, herbaceous, fragrant and peppery. The olives are harvested in early May and processed at the grove, exclusively for Luke Mangan.
