On fries

French fries are pretty good on their own, but topped with grated Parmesan and a good drizzling of truffle oil, there are not many things than can top that!

We serve truffle Parmesan fries as a side in all our restaurants, and it’s no surprise they’re extremely popular.

A bowl of truffle Parmesan fries and a glass of Barolo (a red wine from Piedmont, Italy) and life is complete.

In mashed potato

Transform your regular potato mash recipe into a decadent side dish by drizzling truffle oil over it before serving.

It goes great with steak, grilled white fish and even dolloped on an Aussie meat pie!

Whatever the occasion, truffle mash is perfect.

On eggs

Ever drizzled truffle oil on your eggs in the morning? It’s a game changer!

Whether you’re a scrambled, poached, fried or baked eggs kind of person, adding a dash of truffle oil to any egg dish takes it to the next level.

In mayonnaise

What can you use truffle mayonnaise for you ask? We’ll my friends, the sky is the limit!

You can dip French fries in it, slather it on steak or salmon, use it as a creamy dressing for a chicken salad or spread it on crusty bread for a roast beef sandwich… Need I say more?

In a dressing

Give your salad some sex appeal by tossing it in truffle oil dressing.

Because it has a distinct savoury flavour, I like to use truffle dressing on simple mixed greens salads, but feel free to be creative with it and add it to whatever salad you like.

You can store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
