Luke’s Mushroom, Gruyere, Rocket Quiche (family size)

Field Mushrooms with Gruyere Cheese baked together in a savoury cream mixture

Cooking Instructions:

- Pre heat the oven to 160°C

- Place the quiche in the oven and re-heat for 30 minutes or until a knife is inserted and comes out hot

- Remember, all ovens are different so cooking time can vary.
