On The Produce

"Luke sourced the best in Australian produce to deliver his unique style of dishes for our global coastal and aquatic campaign launch. From the NSW Riverina lamb in puff pastry, the Port Lincoln sashimi yellow tail kingfish and the Qld Wagyu bresaola, the menu, and the dishes, provided a stunning showcase of the diversity and quality of Australia's fresh produce. Luke is a great ambassador for Australia, and we're delighted to have such a fine food and culinary talent on hand to deliver a very personal and authentically Australia touch to the menu."
