The game is simple; purchase a Mangan Golden Chocolate Bar. If you find a winning ‘oozey’ Golden Chocolate Bar, let a member of the team know and they will confirm. Once confirmed, you will be given a random scratch card, where your prize will be hidden.

Email info@lukemangan.com with your full name, a photo of purchase receipt, the winning golden bar, and your scratch card. We will then send you details on your prize and how to redeem. - GOOD LUCK!

Terms & Conditions

Entry is open to Australian residents, aged 18 and older, who purchases a Golden Chocolate Bar, and can travel to and from Sydney on their own (if not already based in Sydney).

Competition period is from 22nd August 2025 at 12pm – October 31st 2025 at 9pm.

Promotion Overview:
To enter; purchase a Luke’s Golden Bar at Luke’s Kitchen, Luc-San and Luke’s Bistro & Bar at Sydney’s Domestic Airport. There are two types of chocolate bars available:

·       Solid chocolate mousse bar (non-winning)

·       Hollow bar filled with golden salted caramel (winning bar)

If your bar contains oozing (liquid) golden salted caramel, you are a winner and eligible to receive a prize via a scratch card provided at the time of discovery. You must alert a member of staff to deem it a winning bar. If accepted by our team, they will present you with a scratch card.

How to Claim:
Winners will receive a scratch card with their prize and instructions. To claim your prize, email the address printed on the scratch card with:

·       Your full name

·       A photo of the winning chocolate bar (with clear view of oozing gold), receipt of purchase, and the scratch card.

Eligibility:

·       Open to Australian residents, aged 18 or over only

·       Employees and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to participate.

·       Each prizes will have a use by date attached

·       Can enter as many times are they wish

·       Entrants must consent to being filmed for the purpose of social media and promotions.

·       The prize must be claimed by the end of the competition otherwise, the prize is forfeited.

Prize Pool:
The total prize pool is valued at over $50,000 AUD. Prizes will vary and may include experiences, vouchers, or products.

6. General Conditions:

·       Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, unless stated otherwise

·       Each prize has its own set of terms and conditions that will be sent to you, when the prize is claimed.

·       Winners may be required to show proof of purchase and age to claim

·       The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the promotion or acts dishonestly

·       All terms and conditions for individual prizes will be sent to the individual winner

·       Winner is responsible for getting to and from prize, if travel is needed.

·       Peachtree Ltd takes no liability to any tax issues which may arise accepting a prize in this competition. Consult an independent tax adviser if this is a concern.

·       The chosen date for the prize cannot be changed or refunded.

7. Liability:

·       The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the promotion or use of a prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

·       If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter may substitute a prize of equal value at its discretion.

9. Trade Promotion Compliance:
This promotion is a game of chance conducted in accordance with the relevant Australian State and Territory trade promotion regulations.

·       NSW: This promotion does not require a permit as the total prize pool is under the threshold for trade promotions.

·       VIC, QLD, SA, WA, ACT, NT, TAS: No permits required for trade promotions that do not involve a fee to enter.
