Luke’s Gluten Free Chicken and Leek Pie (family size)

Gluten Free - Chicken breast cooked with leek, onions, garlic, parsley, coriander, thyme, salt, pepper, cream, enclosed in a buttery gluten free shortcrust pastry, dusted with mustard seeds.

Cooking instructions:

Pre heat the oven to 160 degrees fan forced.

Place the pie in the oven and re-heat for 40 minutes or until a knife is inserted and comes out hot.

Remember, all ovens are different so cooking time can vary.
