It is served in all his restaurants within Australia and displays all the typical characteristics of a superb olive oil. The olives are harvested in early May and processed at the grove, exclusively for Luke Mangan.

Perfect in dressings when paired with Luke’s Kitchen Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, over salads and for general cooking.
